LEMON DROP MARTINI
- Moisten the Rim:
- Chill martini glass.
- Rub the rim with a lemon wedge to moisten it.
- Lemon Sugar:
- On a plate, combine packaged sugar with the zest from lemon.
- Rub the zest into the sugar until it’s fragrant and tinted yellow.
- Coat the Rim:
- Turn the martini glass upside down.
- Twist the rim into the lemon sugar to coat it.
- Prepare the Martini:
- In a cocktail shaker, combine the following:
- Ice
- Vodka
- Provided bottle of Triple sec, Fresh-squeezed lemon juice and Simple Syrup
- Shake vigorously for 30 seconds or until very cold.
- In a cocktail shaker, combine the following:
- Serve:
- Strain the martini into the prepared glass.
- Serve immediately and enjoy your zesty Lemon Drop Martini! 🍋🍸
